I am always glad to meet nice people when i travel, and today we met Giuseppe, from Lavanderia Self-Service. Our first day in Milan and we needed a place to wash our clothes, so my daughter found Lavanderia Self-service; it was almost 10pm, so we grabbed the biggest washer and got it going when suddenly the machine stopped, I then saw the big sign that said "the machine will stop at 10pm". The same sign had a number to call, so I explained the machine had stopped and I couldn't open the door, he said "I'll be there in 10 minutes". When he arrived, he was very courteous and patiently explained everything. He restarted the machine and allowed us to finish washing and drying. We asked how we could get a taxi back to our hotel, and he kindly called a couple of companies until he found one. Giuseppe really went above and beyond, not only by coming back to the Lavanderia and allowing us to finish, but by waiting while we completed our loads and calling a taxi as well. He didn't have to do any of that, but I'm extremely grateful he did. Thank you Giuseppe! The place was clean and the machines were stocked with supplies. We highly recommend it. Gentilezza e professionalità

Il proprietario non solo si è dimostrato gentilissimo e disponibile fin da subito ma ha addirittura cambiato i soldi all'edicola vicino visto che ero sprovvisto.

Tutto perfetto, una pecca, la macchinetta dei token non da resto.

I found this place by chance because it was the only one open until very late. The owner is incredible! The place is clean, orderly and well stocked. The machines left my clothes smelling super clean and with very little money I was able to clean everything. Super safe also for a solo woman doing laundry in Milano. He also waited for me to finish (who does that, really). Self service cleaning supplies and even drinks and snacks. Wonderful! 🤩
