We happened across Sisley on my last day in Milan, in our last couple of hours shopping (it was 6pm and the shopping area closes at 8). We were almost not going to step in but I'm so glad we did because we met THE MOST helpful, fun, and stylish staff members!! They started the visit by asking if they could help stow our suitcases behind the counter so we could shop unencumbered which was much appreciated and not something we had encountered elsewhere while out and about with baggage. The three staff members we met were Bella, who is incredibly sweet and speaks English, Italian, and Tagalog and told us to call out if we needed any help at all. A lovely blonde lady behind the cash register who was super friendly and upbeat. And the person who took care of us and helped us the most throughout the two hours was the wonderful, amazingly stylish, very talented ✨CHIARA✨ who not only suggested and brought out more suitable sizes, but also has a critical eye for color and most importantly, FIT and CUT, and has real expertise in matching body type with what not only flatters, but feels COMFORTABLE while BALANCING it all with trendy shapes and classic longevity! She has such a flair for working on the whole wardrobe and asking what your staples are so she can mix and match permanent additions to your work and everyday ensembles that I would actually rate this one visit to this particular Sisley store as my NUMBER ONE shopping experience in all of France, Italy, and the UK! I wish I had found Sisley first before I visited both higher and lower end stores in Milan. We left the shop with 12 articles of clothing purchased, and every penny spent there felt like a true investment. Chiara also speaks English and Spanish as well as Italian so communication was a breeze! SISLEY MANAGEMENT, if you're reading this, all your girls need a salary raise and this lady CHIARA needs a promotion!! Just imagine: To make a random customer walk in, feel happy to spend money, and at the end of the visit, make it a point to go to her laptop to write a sincere review from the heart without even being asked -- well, all I can say is you don't want to lose her! Such great energy all round! When I hit Milan again, I'll be hitting it specifically to recreate the Sisley experience! Kudos to Chiara and everyone we met there and we hope to see you again soon!
